Samsung smartphones to get Jelly Bean upgrade



South Korean multinational conglomerate has begun rolling out its first official Jelly Bean upgrade. Galaxy S III, one of the most coveted handset will get the first Jelly-Bean (Android v4.1.1) update. 

Here's the list of Samsung smartphones to get Jelly Bean upgrade:
Galaxy Note
Galaxy S Advance
Galaxy S II LTE
Galaxy Chat
Galaxy Ace 2
Galaxy Beam
Galaxy Ace Plus
Galaxy Mini 2,
Galaxy S Duos
4 tablets: Galaxy Tab 2 7.0, Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, and Galaxy Note 10.1

First, the upgrade will be rolled for Poland users. Subsequently, the upgrade will be rolled out to other countries. 

Device can be upgraded to the latest version of Android by KIES or OTA (Over-The-Air). WIFI connectivity and at least 50% battery are required to get update the software successfully. Flashing can also be done by downloading the firmware.

Project Butter - Aims to make the operating system extremely smooth
Text Input: Faster keyboard with more accuracy.
Camera - The new OS brings to the table new UI and gestures, allowing users to swipe sideways, if they want to access a gallery. Images can be deleted by swiping them off the screen.
Notifications - The notifications bar has also received an upgrade.
