With 792 million mobile phone subscribers, Indian telecom industry is growing very fast. Many global players are selling their mobile phones in India. Nowadays, the mobile market of India is experiencing change with rise of many local mobile manufacturers. Local manufacturers have grabbed a market share of 17.5% till April 2010. At the same time, global players are losing their market share to local players. Nokia share has fell from 56.2% share in 2008 to 54.1% in 200, Samsung Electronics Co.
